WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND, May 14, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — Jane McDonald has earned recognition in the distinguished ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who’s Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the arts. As an Artist and Tutor in Residence with The Learning Connexion, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Robert has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite.
The Learning Connexion is a tertiary art and creativity school with facilities across all fine and contemporary art mediums. Mr. Franken is assigned by Jonathan Milne as an Artist in Residence. While he is working in his own creations, Robert shares his techniques with students of the school. Students have the ability to visit him while he is working in his studio, giving them a unique opportunity to gain insight into the world of an artist at work. Mr. Franken also gives courses at the beginning and end of each term.
Robert is an incredibly talented artist with over 45 years of professional experience in the arts. He attended the Royal Academy of Arts and the Free Academy of Arts where he learned to combine education with his natural passion and ability to create outstanding artwork. Mr. Franken works in several mediums including glass engraving, oil paintings, pastels, and watercolors.
