As Executive Director of The Pampered Chef, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Pascale has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite.

Pascale is a Surface Designer, Artist, and Owner of Art on Surface, which is a Sydney based boutique art studio that works with a variety of media ranging from recycled material to luxury items. She is an innovative and incredibly talented artist who dedicated to creating art with a unique combination of colors and textures. Pascale is extremely passionate about her work, always following her instincts and intuition while choosing subjects that inspire her to reach new heights of artistic bliss. She also teaches others to deal with their emotions through the creation of art.

During her collegiate career, Pascale earned a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Diploma in Surface Design from the International School of Color and Design, where she was the recipient of numerous awards for her spectacular work. Pascale also has experience working in the event and conference coordination field as well as in marketing, making her a well-rounded, accomplished business person.
