HOUSTON, TX,   May 10, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — Stanford Who’s Who proudly announces the addition of Wladimir Noriega to the prestigious ranks of premier professionals as a result of his outstanding effort in the oil and gas industry. Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Noriega has routinely displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Wladimir, who has over 40 years of experience in the field, currently serves as a General Auditor with Citgo Petroleum, which is a multi-billion dollar corporation which provides refinement, transportation, and marketing of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and other industrial products. In his role as General Auditor, he is responsible for managing 26 people as well as being in charge of team processes and planning.

During his collegiate career, Wladimir earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1978 and a Master’s degree in Business and Accounting from Emporia College in 1979. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, MBA Association, National Society of Accountants and the Institute of Internal Controls.
