BRISTOL, CT, May 11, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — Stanford Who’s Who proudly announces the addition of James L. Morris to the prestigious ranks of premier professionals as a result of his exceptional effort in the education industry. Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Morris has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
James, who has 13 years of experience in the education field, currently serves as a High School English Teacher at the Pembroke Academy, where he is responsible for teaching a 12th grade Practical English class as well as two 10th grade World English classes. He has also spent the past 22 years as a Transportation Coordinator for the K&E Camp Corporation, where he is responsible for the safe daily transportation of over 300 7-week summer resident campers, counselors and staff for trips throughout New Hampshire and Maine.
A father of four and grandfather of eight, James served for nearly 25 years in the building and property development trades. He also taught Driver Education for two years and drove a school bus route while attending college full-time as he studied for his Bachelor’s degree. James attributes his success in education to a well-founded philosophy of education and high standards of personal and professional ethics.
During his collegiate career, James earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education from Plymouth State University, where he was a member of the Association of Non-Traditional Students, Pemi Choral Society, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He also studied Critical Skills at the Antioch New England Graduate School. In addition, Mr. Morris is an active member of the Lakes Region Vineyard Church.
