William is a Cameraman and Editor who runs William R. Loucks Media Productions, providing freelance services for clients in the areas of camera work, audio, and editing for various programs as well as film, field producing, studio production, and on-site live production. He has worked for numerous major media outlets over the course of his incredibly impressive 38 years career, including Al Jazeera English, Global National TV News, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

During his collegiate career, William studied Cinematography and Film at Humber College.
