Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Loucks has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite.
William is a Cameraman and Editor who runs William R. Loucks Media Productions, providing freelance services for clients in the areas of camera work, audio, and editing for various programs as well as film, field producing, studio production, and on-site live production. He has worked for numerous major media outlets over the course of his incredibly impressive 38 years career, including Al Jazeera English, Global National TV News, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
During his collegiate career, William studied Cinematography and Film at Humber College. He has been the recipient of several prestigious awards due to his spectacular work in the field, such as Gemini Awards in 2004 and 2010; New York Times Critical Acclaim in 2005; and a Gabriel Award in 2005. Mr. Loucks has covered many immensely important events including the 60th Anniversary of Auschwitz, Haiti Earthquake, Columbine Massacre, 1993 World Trade Center Bombing, and the Shuttle Columbia Disaster.
