McMahon Jr. has earned recognition in the distinguished ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who’s Who as a result of his phenomenal effort in the legal services industry. Throughout his brilliant professional career, Robert has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite.

Mr. McMahon currently serves as a Senior Attorney with Bernard Cassisa Elliott & Davis, which is a civil litigation firm based in the Metropolitan New Orleans area. Robert, who has over 35 years of experience in the field, specializes in the areas of products liability, insurance defense, firearms products liability, motor carrier liability, and toxic mold litigation. He was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association in 1975 and the United States Supreme Court in 1989.

During his collegiate career, Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana, graduating Cum Laude. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. Mr. McMahon is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Federal Bar Association, Maritime Law Association of the United States, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Jefferson Parish Bar Association.
