Ventas Reschedules First Quarter 2012 Earnings Conference Call to Noon Eastern Time on April 27, 2012 to Minimize Scheduling Overlaps

(NYSE: VTR) (“Ventas” or the “Company”) announced today that it has rescheduled its conference call to discuss its first quarter 2012 earnings release to Friday, April 27, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (11:00 a.m. Central Time), one hour later than previously scheduled. The change will facilitate broader investor and analyst participation in the Ventas call given the numerous REIT conference calls scheduled for that day.
