LAKELAND, TN, April 18, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — Stanford Who’s Who proudly announces the addition of Patricia Thompson to the prestigious ranks of leading professionals as a result of her exceptional entrepreneurial effort. As President of Free Bird LLC, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Patricia has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Free Bird LLC, which does business as Roadmap Through Divorce, offers those who are going through a divorce to find their way to normalcy with advice in the areas of hiring an attorney, moving through divorce quickly to save money, pitfalls to avoid, and developing a vision of the future. After going through an incredibly difficult divorce herself, Patricia was inspired by her faith in God and belief in herself to dedicate herself to helping others make it through the troublesome task.
Extremely passionate about helping others in their time of need, Patricia has served as an advocate for the widowed or divorced spouse with maintaining their health insurance after the death or divorce of the spouse. She joined the AARP, Women’s Political Caucus, League of Women Voters and numerous other organizations in a rigorous five year battle against the insurance lobby in Nashville to bring about much needed change in the process.
Due to her diligence in helping others to rise above adversity, Patricia has been the recipient of the 50 Women Who Make a Difference Award from Memphis magazine in both 1998 and 2004. She is also a member of the eWomenNetwork, which is the premier women’s business network in North America.
