Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Ward has routinely displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

William serves as a Program Coordinator with the Midwest Association for Commercial and Industrial Development (MACID Inc.), which is an educational organization that is dedicated to providing their students the quality education and the professional conduct foundation needed to gain a competitive edge in the job market and to assist them in obtaining a meaningful job. They offer small class sizes for maximum impact, offering classes in the areas of Operations and Data Entry, Medical Interpreter/Translator, and Modern Office Skills.

Mr. Ward is also the Director of Operations for N.I.C.S., providing mentoring services for people in need of employment assistance, including ex-offenders. Additionally, he has earned certifications as a Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician, and Notary Public. William is a member of the Black Professionals of Chicago, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and the Illinois Recruiters Association.
