Romney Wins Maryland and DC Primaries: NBC News

NBC News has declared Mitt Romney the projected winner in the Maryland and District of Columbia Republican Primaries. According to the network, Romney won by a significant margin over Rick Santorum in Maryland, while Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich trail far behind.
