Cyl is responsible for the entire human resource and talent acquisition function for the Microsoft Commercial operations for all four lines. She partners with the Global Leadership Team and Operations Management Team to initiate human resource interventions and translate business objectives into human resource deliverables, which HR seamlessly integrate with all facets of running the business. During her collegiate career, Cyl earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Double major in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Murdoch University.
