(Nasdaq:PTSI) today announced its Board of Directors has approved a special one-time dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend is payable on April 9, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2012. A total of approximately $8.7 million will be paid on the Company's 8.7 million outstanding shares of common stock as a result of the special dividend.
