O’Neill, CPA to the exclusive ranks of leading professionals as a result of her phenomenal work in the financial services industry. Throughout her brilliant professional career, Lisa has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

For the past 5 years, Lisa has served as Chief Financial Officer of Bank First National in Manitowoc. Over the course of her incredibly impressive 20 plus year career, she has also been Controller and Director of Financial Reporting with The PrivateBank as well as a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen where she served as a CPA and Auditor.

During her collegiate career, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and French from Amherst College and a Master of Accountancy degree in Accounting from DePaul University. She is a member of the Andersen Alumni Association and the Chief Financial Officer Network.  A charitable individual who is always looking to give back to the community, Lisa is also actively involved with Sheboygan Senior Community Housing.
