Throughout her brilliant professional career, Ivy has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Ivy serves as Head of Partner Resources with Starbucks Coffee Singapore. She is responsible for working on new initiatives to enhance human resources and business capabilities. Ivy is an integral member in strategic planning and overseeing both strategic and operational challenges, using a holistic approach to the development of staff and identifying key talent.

During her collegiate career, Ivy earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a second Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Counseling). She is a member of the Asian Association of Management Professional Consultants, Talent Management Interest Group, OD Interest Group, and Talent Management Professionals.
