Throughout her brilliant professional career, Liliana has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Liliana, who has over 21 years of industry experience in education, currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the West University of Timisoara. She has been responsible for teaching courses on differential and partial differential equations as well as numerical methods at the undergraduate level in both English and Romanian. Liliana has also taught mathematical models in biology, chemistry, ecology and medicine, and qualitative theory of differential equations at the postgraduate level.
During her collegiate career, Liliana earned a PhD from the West University of Timisoara. She is a member of the International Society of Optics and Photonics (SPIE), Canadian Applied and Industrial Mathematic Society (CAIMS), European Materials Research Society (E-MRS), World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS), Sigma Xi, the Romanian Mathematical Society, the American Association for Crystal Growth (AACG), American Ceramic Society (ACerS), the Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST), ASM International (ASM) and Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS).
