Lucille is the Founder of Project P.A.C.T.S. Today, which is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to preparing at risk communities for tomorrow’s struggles. For the past 14 years, Lucille has been responsible for developing and implementing community programs that provide basic needs, strengthen skills and find job opportunities for the members of the underprivileged population. During her collegiate career, she earned an Associate’s degree in Human Services from Floyd University, Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from South Carolina State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree.
