ExxonMobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) will be banned from participating in Iraq’s fourth oil and gas licensing auction scheduled to take place in May. ExxonMobil’s exclusion from the auction is mainly due to the contracts that it signed with the country’s semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan.
