I’ll skip the market commentary today and cut to the chase … RSI picked the following:

• Buy 104 shares SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Explor & Pro (XOP); Stop = -$9.58 Target = +$28.74 Volatility = 6.63%

Actually I’m looking seriously at this selection for a number of reasons. The predominate factor is its strength and positive accumulation trace. I believe the fundamental factors in O&G exploration and production are very favorable for XOP. It has been underperforming the overall market, but I expect this trend to change. I will probably open a position in this fund tomorrow.
