Throughout her brilliant professional career, Mariette has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Mariette serves as Chief Operations Officer for the Ndlovu Care Group, which is an innovative, multi award winning community development group that has been operating in rural areas in South Africa since 1994. The group initiated the development of the Rural Advancement Plan in 1994 in the Elandsdoorn Township, Limpopo Province and aligned their objectives with the Millennium Development Goals, to assure validity and applicability in the broader context of poverty relief. The organization cares for over 3500 Orphans and Vulnerable Children in their Children’s Program.
Mariette, who has over 30 years of professional experience, is responsible for managing all major aspects of the organization as well as overseeing the daily operations. During her collegiate career, she earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Herriott Watt Business School. Mariette is a member of the South African Pharmacy Council.
