Shares of enterprise hosted software vendor Concur Technologies (CNQR) are up $2.56, or almost 5%, at $56.60 after the company this afternoon reported fiscal Q1 revenue and profit per share above analysts’ estimates and projected this quarter’s results ahead as well.
Revenue in the three months ended in December rose to $100.4 million, yielding EPS of 32 cents. Analysts on average were modeling $98.8 million and 19 cents per share.
For the current quarter, the company sees revenu up 25% from the year-earlier $84.6 million, which would be about $106 million. That would be slightly ahead of the consensus 105 million. The company projects earnings per share of 28 cents, better than the average 18-cent estimate.
