Richard is the Founder and CEO of U3 Trust, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting local communities in South Africa, restoring pride, dignity, and self-worth through the training of numerous simple skills and the creation of small businesses. He is also the Owner of Principally Education and Training and Support Services (PETSScc).
During his collegiate career, Richard earned a Higher Education Diploma in Geography and Physical Education from Rhodes University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Human Resources and Marketing from the Durban Institute of Technology. He has also served as Principal of the East Coast Christian College and the Southern Africa Director of Open Schools Worldwide.
