As General Manager of the Mason Picture Company, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Lesley has consistently exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Established in 1994, the Mason Picture Company combines a production company and creative consultancy to provide cost effective campaigns. In addition to production, the company provides a full range of creative development, writing, art direction and media placement services which are all proven on a diversity of brand advertising and public information campaigns.

Lesley, who has over 10 years of marketing experience, is responsible for looking after clients as well as handling all internal budgeting and client relationships. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Business Administration degree from Charles Sturt University.
