Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) has won a $4 billion contract to develop F-35 JSF jets.
The defense contractor Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) announced that it has won a contract from the US Air Force to build F-35 joint strike fighter jets and advanced avionics.
Under the $4 billion contract, the company will continue to build low-rate initial production lot V for the F-35 Lightning II program.
Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) will provide JSF jets and avionics to US Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps under the contract.
