Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has released a new update for its photo card creation application.

The new Cards 1.0.1 update to the photo card creation iPhone application that the company unveiled back in October has been launched by Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL).

The application includes improvements spanning three areas: text entry, postal address verification, and the checkout process.

However, Mac World reported that text editing could become cumbersome in the new version since the application would sometimes struggle to fit the complete text entry box on the screen.

The Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) application requires iOS 5 or later to run.
