Net income attributable to TMX Group shareholders was $67.0 million, or $0.90 per common share on a basic and diluted basis for the third quarter of 2011, an increase of 21% compared with net income attributable to TMX Group shareholders of $55.2 million, or $0.74 per common share on a basic and diluted basis for Q3/10. TMX Group Inc ( T.X ) shares were up $0.25 at 44.6.
