Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) shares inched up 0.5% of $212.50 after declaring a quarterly dividend of .49 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on December 15, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2011.
