Monday, October 31, 2011 09:48 AM EST - TMX Group : the owner of Toronto Stock Exchange said late Sunday that it unanimously supports Maple Group's $3.8-billion buyout proposal and urged its shareholders to vote for the deal. TMX Group ( T.X ) shares were up $0.69 at 43.05.
