UPDATE 1-Parts-maker Wescast to be bought by China's Bohong

TORONTO, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Canadian auto parts maker Wescast Industries said on Tuesday it had agreed to be bought for about C$13.60 a share by China's Sichuan Bohong Industry Co, a deal that values the company at about C$80 million ($81 million).
