Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has partnered with an ISP to offer cheap Wi-Fi service in Nairobi.
The search major and the ISP Wanachi group have formed a partnership in the Eastern Africa to provide cheap Wi-Fi broadband network in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya.
According to reports, the high speed broadband connection provided by the initiative will be free for the first 10 minutes every day and costs only $5.40 per month.
Customers will be able to pay for the service via credit card or local money transfer services.
