LONDON, May 23 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening down 41-46 points, or 0.8 percent on Monday, according to financial bookmakers, carrying over Friday's late sell-off in tandem with falls on Wall Street and declines overnight in Asia as euro zone debt worries persist.
