Europe Factors-Shares seen lower ahead of Fed vote

LONDON, April 26 (Reuters) - European shares were set to slip on Tuesday, tracking falls in Wall Street and Asia as investors take a cautious stance before the start of the U.S. Federal Reserve meeting.
