CSN Strikes Deal With Rio Tinto

Brazil-based Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (NYSE:SID), or CSN, has agreed to sell its entire equity stake in the Australia-based mining company Riversdale Mining Limited to Rio Tinto Plc.
