(OTCBB: CMGR) ("Camelot") announced today that ARC Entertainment in partnership with XLrator Media has acquired all domestic rights to the gun-slinging western THE GUNDOWN, starring Peter Coyote ("Law and Order: Los Angeles"), Andrew W. Walker ("Sabrina, the Teenage Witch"), William Shockley ("Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," "Showgirls"), and Sheree J. Wilson ("Walker, Texas Ranger").

ARC Entertainment will release the film on VOD, DVD and digital platforms later this year.
A Freewill Film, THE GUNDOWN was directed by Dustin Rikert and produced by Rikert, William Shockley, and Sheree J. Wilson.
The film follows the story of Cole Brandt who, seeking revenge and justice, finds himself in the lawless town of Dead River where he is faced with one last bloody showdown for freedom.
