Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG), a leading provider of Colorful Places to Live and Play, today announced its participation with the Scents for Soldiers program at Bluegreen's Harbour Lights resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Harbour Lights hosted a group of war veterans who are currently in recovery at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. This is the second year that this Bluegreen resort has participated in the program.

"There is no bigger honor to the staff at the resort than to contribute in any way we can to helping these service men and women recuperate successfully and enjoy themselves on vacation."
Scents for Soldiers is a non-profit organization created to supply wounded soldiers and war veterans at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center with much-needed items in order to help make their recovery easier. Soldiers at the Walter Reed Medical Center were wounded while serving our country. Through donations, Scents for Soldiers is able to provide as many service men and women as possible with the support they need to achieve full recuperation.
Bluegreen's Harbour Lights resort has been fortunate enough to participate with the Scents for Soldiers organization by hosting wounded soldiers at the resort. Harbour Lights resort reserved eight rooms for these soldiers during the week of March 22 through March 26, 2011. The Bluegreen resort staff and local businesses in the surrounding Myrtle Beach community were able to get involved by raising money and donating time to host these wounded soldiers both at the Harbour Lights resort and at venues and attractions in the area.
