Cut Risk After EU Japan Nuclear Warnings
After a small morning gap down, the market was slowly churning higher this morning before a grave warning from EU Energy Chief Guenther Oettinger sent stocks tumbling. Oettinger stated that he sees the potential for catastrophic events in the next few hours as the situation at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant is out of control.
