The Wells Fargo site topped the study in the "Ease of Use" and "Privacy & Security" categories, as well as the "Apply for Home Loan of Line of Credit" function task areas of the study.
Keynote Scorecards are part of the company's ongoing competitive intelligence program providing detailed quantitative benchmarks for leading Web sites across key verticals in the three 'critical success' areas of best practices, customer experience (satisfaction and usability) and service levels (site responsiveness and reliability).
