Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE:CYH) announced today that a subsidiary has acquired Lincoln General Hospital, a 157 bed acute care hospital located in Ruston, Louisiana. The hospital is the Company’s third facility located in Louisiana and offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. Ruston is approximately 70 miles east of Shreveport, Louisiana, and is home to both Louisiana Tech University and Grambling State University.
