A hallmark of RFL's remarkable life was his dedication and desires to improve our society through education. The RFL Foundation and Harvard University work diligently to provide opportunity and encouragement to young lawyers to enter the path of mentorship and teaching. The Lewis International Law Center was dedicated in 1993 to the late Reginald F. Lewis of the Class of 1968, chairman and CEO of TLC Beatrice, and is the first major facility at Harvard named in honor of an African-American. It houses the International Legal Studies Library, consisting of approximately one-third of the Law Library's large international law collection. It is also the home of the Graduate and International Legal Studies Program. Each year lawyers and scholars from around the globe come to pursue an LL.M. or S.J.D. degree or spend time on writing and research. Harvard Law School offers the Reginald F.
