MidasTrade to Host Single Stock Futures Conference in Korea

MidasTrade.com Inc. (PINK SHEETS: MIDS) announces its wholly owned subsidiary, Midas Securities, LLC along with the Korea Exchange Bank Futures and GoodMorning Shinhan Securities will jointly host and sponsor the Introducing Single Stock Futures Conference on August 31, 2006 at The Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul Korea. OneChicago, one of the fastest growing futures exchanges in the U.S., will present at the conference to Fund Managers and Asset Managers from Korean Banks and Trusts. MidasTrade will launch their new futures and options services offered through the MidasTrade Global Direct Access Network.

Single Stock Futures are agreements traded on a futures exchange, to buy or sell a specific security at a specified price at a date in the future. The futures contract specifies the security, quality, quantity, delivery date and settlement mechanism. Single Stock Futures trading will provide Korean investors the ability to trade and hold U.S. securities without being subject to U.S dividend withholding taxes, making it far more appealing for Korean investors to trade on the U.S. securities markets. MidasTrade anticipates a significant demand for this product and plans to capitalize on this emerging market through its services provided to Korean investors, security firms, trusts and banks through the MidasTrade Global Direct Access Network.
