U.S. Starcom (PINKSHEETS: USTA) announces that it has acquired Mundetel Communications, Inc., a New York City based provider of telecom services to the Hispanic marketplace. Mundetel will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Starcom, and Joseph Betro will remain as President of the company.
