Artfest International, Inc. Acquires a Football League and Increases Its Presence at the Stadiums by Over 200%; "Football in 3D"

DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 11/01/10 -- Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTS) is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired UWFL (United Women's Football League), a division of AIFC, Inc.

UWFL was created for the purpose of unification of American football. This league was assembled from the best women's football teams in North America. These teams have been in existence for the past ten years and all of them represent championship winners in their respective leagues. The season starts in April 2011, with a championship game to be played on July 30th, 2011 in Arlington, Texas. The games will be televised both through national and international television, satellite, cable and IPTV distribution channels. The league is composed of 12 current champions, 4 to 6 new franchises, and over 48 tier one and tier two national teams. The pre-season television roll out will begin in January 2011 on major networks and will continue with 8 live televised games per weekend in April through July 2011. The content will feature documentaries and interviews featuring all the current teams, their history and statistics. Each team will feature their own "behind the scenes reality show," and will participate with a UWFL Fantasy Football League. The league will also produce a "Pro Bowl," as well as compete in the International "American Football" Championship held in Europe.

Artfest will utilize its new acquisition, Pat Summerall Productions, to exclusively produce and develop the shows, weekly broadcasts and commentaries. The games will feature some of the best commentators, analyst and pro football players both current and past. All of the half time shows will be exclusively produced by Artchannel TV, and will feature some of the world's greatest artists and performers. Artfest will use its 3D E-Cine technology to shoot, produce and broadcast the games in 3D High Def. The 3D process, will simultaneously broadcast regular HDTV signal for use on non 3D Networks.
