Usiminas sees Brazil steel imports, ore down in Q4

SAO PAULO, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Usiminas , Brazil's largest producer of flat steel, expects small reductions in imports of some products and in the level of local inventory in the fourth quarter, executives said in a conference call with analysts on Thursday.
