UPDATE 2-Reynolds American CEO to retire in February

NEW YORK, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Reynolds American Inc Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Susan Ivey will retire on Feb. 28, and the company will split her two roles, the maker of Camel cigarettes and Grizzly smokeless tobacco said on Friday.
