'Inverted' stock market headed for crowded U.S. field

NEW YORK, Oct 4 (Reuters) - The latest in a growing number of U.S. stock exchanges goes live next week with a pricing model that will, unlike most others, pay a rebate to traders who remove standing bids and offers from its books.
