GMP top in Canada in equity deals in 1st 9 months

TORONTO, Oct 4 (Reuters) - GMP Capital , one of Canada's largest independent investment dealers, vaulted to the top of the nation's league tables for equity issues in the first nine months of the year, with C$2.7 billion ($2.65 billion) in proceeds from 37 deals.
