Morgan Stanley's Nides tapped for State Department

WASHINGTON, Sept 29 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama will nominate Morgan Stanley executive Thomas Nides, to be deputy secretary of state for management and resources, the White House said on Wednesday.
