U.S. Senate votes to extend higher GSE loan limits

WASHINGTON, Sept 29 (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate on Wednesday approved a one-year extension of increased loan limits on mortgages backed by the government, paving the way for final action in the House of Representatives.
