StarMed Group, Inc. (OTCBB: SMEG) announced today that it has expanded its treatments at its Wellness Centers in Buena Park and West Los Angeles, Ca. to include Hyperbaric Therapy.
Dr. Steven Rosenblatt, Exec. V.P and Chief Medical Director of StarMed Group, Inc., reports, "The ability of the hyperbaric chamber to increase the oxygen content of the blood, originally designed to combat high altitude sickness, has been found to be helpful in a number of health problems including those affecting the brain, such as Parkinson's disease, stroke, etc., as well as wound healing. I've found the chamber with its increased oxygen to the blood most useful when I combine it with intravenous injections of vitamins, minerals, etc., individually prescribed for patients suffering from chronic fatigue, memory loss, and anti-aging."
StarMed Wellness Centers also offer its clients, in addition to anti-aging procedures, nutritional and fitness programs and treatments for existing health problems that affect the great majority of all Americans such as those for weight management, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, hormone therapy as well as holistic esthetic skin rejuvenation treatments.
StarMed is managing four wellness centers at this time and is seeking to expand its network of wellness centers. In addition to the management of wellness centers, StarMed also markets a line of proprietary over-the-counter vitamins, minerals and other supplements under the StarMed and SierraMed brand names.
