The ABC's of Project Management is designed to allow a diverse group of participants to attend the same class and not become bored or feel intimidated. The 'less-technical' approach of this course allows for easy understanding of basic project management principles and concepts. The course incorporates several relevant, agency-specific exercises and opportunities to apply learning to real workplace issues. Participants leave the class able to apply what they have learned as soon as they return to their workplace. The ABC's of Project Management is the perfect solution for in-tact teams tasked to work on projects.
