The ABC's of Project Management is designed to allow a diverse group of participants to attend the same class and not become bored or feel intimidated. The 'less-technical' approach of this course allows for easy understanding of basic project management principles and concepts. The course incorporates several relevant, agency-specific exercises and opportunities to apply learning to real workplace issues. Participants leave the class able to apply what they have learned as soon as they return to their workplace.
