True Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq:TRLG) today announced the signing of a new lease agreement to open a branded store in the Village at Corte Madera in Northern California. The store will carry the entire True Religion line of apparel, including Men’s, Women’s, and Kid’s denim jeans, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, skirts, fleece hoodies and pants, knits, wovens, loungewear, footwear, headwear and outerwear.
The Village at Corte Madera is an outdoor mall nestled in Marin County, one of the country’s wealthiest suburbs, and located seven miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge from downtown San Francisco. The 1,233-square foot True Religion store will operate alongside retailers such as Apple, Coach, bebe, L’Occitane, Lucky Brand Jeans, Max Studio, Nordstrom and Sigrid Olsen. Famous for its common area gardens, bronze sculptures and artwork, fountains, and butterfly and hummingbird gardens, the Village is highly visible from U.S. Highway 101 and easily accessible to Marin County residents and more than 14 million annual visitors who pass through Corte Madera en route to Napa Valley and Sonoma County. The Corte Madera store is scheduled to open in August 2007.
